It’s okay, people change their minds all the time. If you want to exchange or return a purchased item, you can do so within 10 days from when the shipment is received. Make sure to notify us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the merchandise if you have any concerns or problems. Returned items must be in their original state: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hangtags must still be attached to the piece. Please return your purchase in its original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Unluckily, we will not accept any returns after 10 days.
Refunds: Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned item(s), via the same means used to make your purchase. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Exchanges: You will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes. Exchanges are processed as new orders. You will be credited through your original form of payment and then be charged again for the new item. All exchanges depend on inventory.
Canadian customers are financially responsible for shipping back the item back to DULCEDO collection for exchange or store credit. Same goes for international customers, in addition to covering the charges associated with the shipping of the exchanged item back from their respective country. We don’t hold any accountability for any returns that are lost or damaged in the post.
If you buy an item at regular price before it goes on sale, it is not possible to exchange it for the same one at a discounted price. We don’t give credit to cover the price difference on items purchased before a sales period. No exchange or refund is accepted on orders on sale.
